Joel Barrientos is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Pegasus Foods Inc since January 2022, Joel has held various leadership roles in human resources, including Vice President and Senior HR Manager at Quest Window Systems Inc, and Manager of Human Resources at Andersen Corporation. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Manager at Pro-Health, Corp, and several positions at Newell Rubbermaid and Rubbermaid Home Products, where Joel developed expertise in recruitment and HR management. Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix at Dallas.
