David Chasin is an experienced leader in real estate investment brokerage, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, President & CEO, Managing Director, and Executive Vice President at Pegasus since 2005. Specializing in retail, shopping centers, office, mixed-use, and single-tenant net leased properties, David has built a significant career in this sector. Prior to Pegasus, David worked as a Financial Analyst at Vivendi Universal from 2003 to 2005. David holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and a BS in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Early education was completed at Milken Community High School.
