Lucia DiGrande is an experienced store manager with over a decade of leadership in high-volume environments, currently serving at Peet's Coffee since February 2010. Key responsibilities include team development, team building, sales, inventory management, and enhancing customer service through effective community marketing and customer service recovery. Prior to this, Lucia DiGrande held positions that focused on customer service and training, such as shift lead and server at Thunder Valley Casino Resort from June 2011 to 2013. Lucia DiGrande earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from California State University-Sacramento between 2013 and 2016, following education at Mercy High School in San Francisco.
