Naftali Marcus is an experienced professional with a strong background in software engineering and development. Naftali began their career at AT&T Labs, Inc. in 1987, where they worked as an Architect until 1993. Naftali then transitioned to Oregon Steel Mills as a Software Designer from 1995 to 1996, followed by a role as a Software Developer at PictureVision from 1996 to 1997. Naftali then joined Comverse Network Systems as a Software Engineer and Customer Support specialist from 1997 to 2001.

In 2001, they began working at the United Nations as a Software Engineer, a role they held until 2010. During this time, Naftali contributed to the development of various software applications. Naftali then moved on to Ramaz School, where they worked as a Data Analytics Specialist from 2010 to 2012.

Naftali's most recent and notable role is as the CTO and Co-Founder of PeerSpot, a company that they co-founded in 2011. Under their leadership, PeerSpot became profitable within six years and raised $30 million in funding. Naftali is currently focused on growing the company's R&D development and fostering collaboration among the team. Naftali Marcus obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and History from Yeshiva University between the years 1982 and 1987. Later, from 1987 to 1989, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from New York University.
