Avigayil Henderson has a diverse work experience. Avigayil started their career in 2016 as a "Morah Hayelet" at the Youth Village "Yemin Orde," where they mentored and provided social guidance to young Ethiopian immigrants. Avigayil'sresponsibilities included handling daily affairs, organizing events, and developing educational activities.
In 2019, Avigayil joined the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration as a Director's Assistant, focusing on academic support and social activities for new immigrants. Avigayil managed administrative tasks, represented English-speaking candidates and students, and oversaw project administration.
Avigayil then worked as an International Relations Associate at the Ethiopian National Project in 2021, where they played a role in fostering international relations.
In 2022, they moved on to PeerSpot, initially working as a Sales Development Representative before being promoted to a Technical Content Editor and Team Lead position. In this role, they led a team of freelance editors, managed editing and publishing processes, and developed new procedures to improve efficiency. Currently, they hold the position of Content Development Manager at PeerSpot.
