Tanner Zelm is a Process Engineer at W. L. Gore & Associates since August 2024, with prior experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Kito Crosby from June 2021 to July 2024. Tanner began a career in the cycling industry, working as a Bicycle Mechanic and Sales Associate at River Trail Cycles from March 2015 to May 2021. In addition, Tanner gained valuable experience as a Product Engineering Intern at Chart Energy & Chemicals, Inc., where responsibilities included the mechanical design of brazed aluminum heat exchangers. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology with a specialization in Mechanical Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, completed in May 2021.
