Jessica Brown

Customer Experience Manager at Peerfocus

Jessica Brown has extensive experience in customer experience management and research, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager for Peerfocus at Singlebrook since March 2021, and previously in the same role at Peerfocus since 2016. With a background in project management, data analysis, and technical writing, Jessica has also held senior positions at AACSB International, where responsibilities included research design and survey management. Earlier roles include Planning Research Analyst II for the City of Tampa and various research associate positions at the University of South Florida. An educational foundation in anthropology includes a Master of Arts from the University of South Florida, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, and an Associate of Arts from Florida Gateway College.
