Sean O'Neil currently serves as Senior Director of Outcomes and Analytics at PeerDirect since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sean was Sr. Manager of Commercial Analytics in Neurology at UCB, where responsibilities included leading analytics initiatives using commercial sales and marketing data, automating reporting solutions, and contributing to the Digital Marketing mission. Sean's earlier experience includes positions at IQVIA, progressing from Analyst to Consultant, where support was provided to clients through quality analytics and enhanced client relationships. Sean started a career at Vencore Inc. as a Healthcare Analyst. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, obtained in 2014.
