Mo Aladin BSc

Chief People Officer at Peer Guidance

Mo Aladin BSc has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mo started their career as a Training Specialist at Pharma Plus in 1990 and later moved on to Scott's Restaurants, where they served as the Manager of Training and Development. In 1999, Mo joined Swiss Chalet and Harvey's Restaurants, initially taking on the role of Director and later transitioning to Director of Operations and Training. Mo continued to excel in their role for a decade until 2009. The following year, Mo became the President of Big Sky Hospitality, overseeing the operations of 11 Montana's Cookhouse locations in Alberta. In 2020, they joined Peer Guidance, where they assisted in founding the company as an Associate Founder. Currently, Mo holds the position of Chief People Officer at Peer Guidance, a role they assumed in August 2022.

Mo Aladin BSc attended Eastview Sec School from 1974 to 1979 and earned a high school Diploma. Following that, from 1979 to 1985, they studied at the University of Waterloo, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Biology. No field of study was specified for their high school diploma.
