Mark Barnicoat is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in HR hiring and talent placement. As Managing Partner at Peeq since May 2021, Mark focuses on strategic HR hires to support the growth of SMEs. Previously, Mark co-founded Oasis HR Group, where as Chief Executive Officer from June 2004 to November 2020, Mark played a key role in building an award-winning organization dedicated to HR recruitment for prestigious clients such as Vodafone and Amazon. Mark's career began at Drummond Recruitment, where from August 2000 to May 2004, Mark worked as a Consultant and later as a Director, specializing in placing recruiters in executive search and tech recruitment firms. Mark holds a 2:1 LLB Law degree from the University of Hertfordshire.
