Ushakiran Battini has been in the tech industry since 2013. Ushakiran began their career as a QA Engineer at Fission Labs, where they authored test plans, test scenarios and test cases and performed various kinds of manual testing. In 2013, they joined Fabergent as a Technical Recruiter, where they interacted with clients and sourced talent through job portals. In 2015, they joined Peel Technologies India Private Limited as a Client QA Engineer, where they reviewed business requirement documents and was involved in the preparation of test plans, test processes, test scenarios and test cases. Currently, they are a Senior Associate at Cognizant.

Ushakiran Battini completed their S.S.C from Intel public school in 2007, followed by an Intermediate degree from Vignan Junior College in 2009. Ushakiran then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & communication engineering from PNC & Vijai Institute of Engineerng & Technology, Pirangipuram, PIN- 522529(CC-2B) in 2013.
