Paul Shackleton has a diverse work experience in various roles within the corporate finance and investment banking industry. Paul is currently an Investment Banking Director at Peel Hunt, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Rurelec PLC since July 2021.

From 2017 to 2022, Shackleton worked as a Corporate Finance Director at Arden Partners. Before that, they held the same position at WH Ireland Limited from 2014 to 2017, where they also served as an AIM Nominated Adviser and M&A adviser for public company transactions.

Shackleton's career started at Daniel Stewart & Co in 2004, where they held the position of Head of Corporate Finance. Paul Shackleton attended Durham University from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a BSc degree in Physics. Prior to that, they attended Stowe School.
