Charles Batten has extensive work experience in investment banking. charles began their career in 1981 as a Director at L.Messel & Co, later transitioning to Shearson Lehman Hutton Messel and Lehman Brothers. In 1990, they joined Kleinwort Benson and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson as a Managing Director. In 2009, they moved to Investec, where they held the position of Director. Currently, they are working as a Director in Investment Banking at Peel Hunt LLP.

Charles Batten attended Magdalene College, Cambridge University from 1976 to 1980, where they earned an MA in History/Law. charles then pursued further education at Lincolns Inn from 1980 to 1981, earning a degree in Barrister at Law.
