Ada Maughan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare, community services, and organizational management. Currently serving as Area Manager for Home and Community Care at Uniting since April 2024, Ada has held various leadership positions, including Non Executive Chair and Board Member at Peel Health Care, and Occupational Therapist at HSW Assist since 2008. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Sunnyfield, Project Leader at Joblink Plus, and National Manager at National Buildplan, where Ada focused on people development and organizational growth. Ada has a strong educational background, including a Graduate Diploma in Health Services Management from Charles Sturt University and ongoing participation in the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
