Joseph Ferreira has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joseph began their career in 1969 as a Pilot in the US Army. Later, they joined the Army National Guard in 1993, where they served as the Director of Aviation & Safety and was responsible for managing the Army National Guard Aviation Program and the Safety program. In 1998, they worked as the State Aviation Officer in New York. In 1999, they held the position of Executive Vice President at Peduzzi Associates Ltd. and PAL.

Joseph Ferreira attended Niagara University from 1965 to 1969, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
