Jose Lopez-Portillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and management. Currently, Jose serves as the Founding Partner at Besant Capital since July 2021 and holds positions as Co-founder and Managing Partner at Pedralbes Partners since September 2014, and as an Investor at Trocafone Inc., Board Observer at Trendier, Board Member at Logan, and Board Member at Prolyt-Power Expertise. Previously, Jose served as Principal and Vice President at LIV Capital until August 2014, and worked as a Senior Associate at Delta Partners. Jose also held the role of Operations Manager at Prolyt and was a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Educational credentials include an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
