Umesh Berry has over 25 years of work experience. Umesh began their career in 1994 as a Software Engineer at Voice Processing Corporation. In 1995, they transitioned to Iconovex Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer. Umesh then joined SPS Commerce in 1997 as a Manager and Lead Software Engineer. In 2004, they moved to Target Corporation as a Manager and Group Manager. In 2014, they joined River's Edge Software as a Software Engineer. In 2021, they became a Software Engineer and is currently developing a playlist management app that integrates with Spotify. Finally, they are currently a Senior Software Engineer at Pedigree Technologies.

Umesh Berry attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an MS in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1986 to 1991 and earned a BS in Computer Science.
