Nicolas Pozo started their work experience in 2005 as a Help Desk employee at Apex America, where they provided technical support for clients of Cti Movil and Speedy accounts. In 2007, they joined HP as a Developer until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Globant as an Objective C and Java Developer. Nicolas then moved to Motorola Mobility, where they worked as a Java Developer from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined ARRIS as a Staff Software Engineer, specializing in Java development and Rest Services and SSO application development until 2016. Nicolas then joined Mercado Libre, where they held various roles, including Sr. Software Engineer and Software Development Technical Leader, working with services such as Java, Grails, and GO. In 2022, they joined PedidosYa as a Principal Software Engineer.

Nicolas Pozo attended the Instituto Santo Domingo from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in System Analysis and studied Computing. Earlier, from 2000 to 2005, they attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In 2016, they obtained the certification of Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle.
