Brian Rosenberg is an experienced professional in the fields of clinician wellbeing, training, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Executive Director and previously holding roles such as Senior Director of Clinician Wellbeing and Senior Director of Training & Development at Pediatrix Medical Group, Brian has a strong background in enhancing workplace environments. At Broward Health, Brian contributed as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, focusing on training and development initiatives. Brian's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Systemic Relationship Theories from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Business from Jacksonville University. Additionally, Brian has experience as a Professor and MFT Therapist at Nova Southeastern University and has acted as a Human Systems Consultant for Habitat for Humanity International.
