Krzysztof Dabrowski serves as the Client Partner and Country Manager for Poland at Pedersen & Partners, an international executive search firm, since February 2012. Previously, Krzysztof held the position of Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates from October 2010 to January 2012, focusing on senior-level executive search and assessment. Earlier in their career, Krzysztof was associated with Pedersen & Partners from 2001 to September 2010, where roles included Country Manager for Poland and Head of Financial Services Practice. Krzysztof's experience also includes roles at Accord Group as a Researcher from April 1997 to December 2000. Krzysztof holds a Master's degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
