Eva Alberte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Client Partner and Country Manager for Latvia at Pedersen & Partners since October 2011, Eva plays a key role in a leading international Executive Search firm. Previous positions include a decade-long tenure at Ernst & Young as Head of HR for EY Baltics, followed by roles as Head of HR at Parex Bank and Director of HR and Admin at Aldaris, part of the Carlsberg Group. Additionally, Eva spent a significant period on the management board of the "Rigas Laiks" magazine support society. Education credentials include studies at Latvijas Universitate.
