Nicole Shimkanon possesses extensive experience in hospitality and administrative roles, currently serving as a waitress at Giuseppe's Pizza and Family Restaurant, an administrative assistant at Pennsylvania's Education for All Coalition, Inc., and in hospitality at Peddler's Village since October 2014. Previously, Nicole held the position of Team Coordinator at Values into Action from January 2012 to October 2014 and worked as an intern and manager in the Farmers' Market Program at The Food Trust from 2011 to 2012. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Temple University College of Public Health in 2011 and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from La Salle University in 2017.
