Mert Kılıç has had a varied career, beginning in 2012 as a Coordinator at Mert Muchendislik. In 2015, they became a Digital Marketing Executive at Webrari, and the following year they worked as a Medical Sales Representative at Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals. In 2017, they held two roles, as an Actor at Limon Film and a Digital Producer at Aeon Pictures. In 2019, they were a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker and a Photographer at RH Pozitif Reklam Film Tasarım. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing Manager at both ATILABS | Advanced Technologies & Innovation LABS and Boatsy. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Digital Marketing Assistant Director at Pedal Commander, where they are responsible for managing multiple E-commerce stores and paid campaigns, creating email flows and campaigns, and deciding the marketing strategy for all channels.

Mert Kılıç completed their Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design from Eastern Mediterranean University in 2012. In 2019, they obtained a Drone Pilot License from Civil Aviation. In 2014, they obtained certifications in Acting from Pasific Film and Sailsmanship and Short Distance Radio Operator from T.C. Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı. In 2021, they obtained a Game Design and Development Certificate from Michigan State University. Mert is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Istanbul University, which they expect to complete in 2024.
