Scott Leonard is a seasoned professional in the energy efficiency sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Residential projects at Energy Trust of Oregon since February 2016. With a background that includes a role as Trade Ally Coordinator at PECI, Scott has been instrumental in guiding new construction contractors on building energy-efficient homes that qualify for incentives. Prior experience includes positions such as Associate Manager for New Homes at CLEAResult and Program Manager at Westside Transportation Alliance.
