Subsequent roles include serving as a surveillance professional at Pauma Gaming Commission from April 2009 to May 2016, followed by a position at Hollywood Casino Jamul from May 2016 to December 2017. Since January 2018, Mario Palma has been employed by Pechanga Gaming Commission, continuing to contribute expertise in surveillance operations.
