Frank Reeves has a significant background in educational leadership, currently serving with PEBC and the Colorado Rural Alliance since June 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Superintendent for the East Grand School District from July 2016 to June 2022 and for Genoa-Hugo Schools from July 2012 to June 2016, where Frank led a major renovation project for a preK-12 facility. Additionally, Frank was Principal at Wray High School (CO) from July 2007 to June 2012. In terms of education, Frank holds a Specialist Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Master's degree in the same field from the University of Phoenix.
