Serena Lee has been in the professional world since 2014, when they began as a Senior IT Consultant at the University of Washington Information Technology. In 2016, they took on two roles at WASHINGTON EYE CARE PLLC, Administrative Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator. In 2018, they became a Cohort Facilitator at Seattle Pacific University. In 2019, they took on the role of Youth Ministry Coordinator at Seattle Chinese Alliance Church. In 2021, they joined Convoy Inc. as a Customer Experience Specialist, providing proactive and compassionate support to customers while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to uncover and resolve operational challenges. Finally, in 2022, they joined Pebble Health as a Customer Success Lead and Documentation Specialist.

Serena Lee completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington in 2016.
