Matt Davis is a seasoned professional with a background in software development and technology management. Currently serving as the Product Development Team Lead at Pebble Beach Systems since June 2014, Matt utilizes extensive domain knowledge to work on critical functionalities and bug fixes for Marina and Dolphin software products while also developing leadership and team management skills. Previously, Matt held positions at RU:ON TV, starting as a Software Developer and progressing to Senior Software Developer and ultimately Head of Technology, where responsibilities included overseeing equipment management and technical setups for projects. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computational Mathematics from the University of Reading, completed in 2014, and graduated from Moulsham High School in 2011.
