Daniel Robinson has extensive experience in product management and technical support, currently serving as the Head of Product, R&D, and Product Development at Pebble since August 2012. Daniel began as a Technical Product Specialist and progressed through roles including Senior Customer Support Engineer and Customer Support Engineer, focusing on installation and support for TV broadcasters using Pebble Beach Systems software. Prior to Pebble, Daniel worked as an IT Technician at Synthesis IT Ltd from July 2010 to July 2012. Daniel holds a BSc in Computer and Network Technology from Northumbria University and additional qualifications including a Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) Database certification and a BTEC National Certificate for IT Practitioners from Newcastle College.
