Ruilun Zhang possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Food and Beverage Manager at Pebble Beach Resorts since May 2021, after holding the position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Prior roles include Repair & Maintenance Manager and Restaurant Manager at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. from February 2017 to July 2020, as well as participating in the Restaurant Management Architect Program at BOILING POT for a brief period. Ruilun completed a Rotational Management Internship with Hornblower Cruises and Events in 2015 and served as Sichuan Restaurant Manager at Hong Kong Sichuan Restaurant from March 2011 to May 2015. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and studies at the International College of Management Sydney.
