Victoria Stoffel serves as the Vice President of Operations at Pearson, a position held since March 2010, where responsibilities include operations leadership, strategic planning, and fostering innovation to ensure effective execution of initiatives across the enterprise. Previously, Victoria was the Director of Operations Transformation at Pearson, leading a significant five-year overhaul of paper-based operations. Prior to joining Pearson, Victoria worked at Scantron Corporation as the Director of Business Improvements, focusing on global strategy and post-M&A integration, and at The Toro Company as a Senior Business Analyst, overseeing engineering initiative analysis and Lean Sigma projects. Victoria holds multiple MBA degrees in Business & Technology Management, Business Administration, and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, and has achieved a Black Belt in Six Sigma from the University of St. Thomas.
