Jason Gries is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and sales enablement, currently serving as the Director of Business Development & Sales Enablement at Pearson since July 2014. In this role, Jason leads mergers and acquisitions, enhances sales enablement technology for lead generation, and improves the customer journey within the sales funnel. Prior to this position, Jason held various roles at Pearson, including Sales Executive and Chief of Staff, where strategic planning and market share expansion in the education sector were key focuses. With experience in program management at Pearson Assessments and technical editing at Freescale Semiconductor and Motorola, Jason brings a strong background in operations, collaboration, and stakeholder management. Jason holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Southern Oregon University and a Master's Degree in Writing and Technical Communication from Texas State University.
