Alexander Hripak is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as Principal Architect at Pearson since November 2022, focusing on Workforce Skills development. Prior experience includes a tenure at Credly from August 2015 to November 2022, where Alexander transitioned from Director of Engineering, responsible for building the engineering team and enhancing product offerings, to Vice President of Technology post-acquisition of Acclaim. Additional roles include Co-Chair of the Open Badges Workgroup at 1EdTech Consortium, Web Developer at Merriam-Webster Inc., and various web development positions in freelance and agency settings. Alexander holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Westfield State University, a BS in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University, and an AS in Computer Engineering from Springfield Technical Community College.
