Gary McCaslin has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Gary is currently the Director of Application Engineering at Pearson Packaging Systems since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Global Director of Solutions Engineering & Design at GreyOrange from June 2022 to September 2023. From January 2020 to July 2022, Gary worked as the Area Sales Director at Packsize and also held the position of Director of Solutions Engineering from February 2018 to January 2020. Gary has also worked as a Senior Labor Consultant at Connors Group from September 2017 to February 2018 and as the Director of Engineering at Office Depot from January 2016 to September 2017. Prior to Office Depot, Gary held various management roles at OfficeMax between September 2011 and January 2016, including General Manager of Distribution and Sr. Industrial Engineer. Earlier in their career, they served as the Operations Manager for Midwest Floor Covering, inc. from December 2005 to April 2011. Gary also held the position of Assistant General Manager - Distribution at Leviton Manufacturing Company from October 1998 to December 2006. Gary started their career as a Regional Operations Manager at Computer City Stores Inc from December 1993 to November 1996 and then transitioned to Operations Manager at Circuit City Stores, Inc from November 1996 to September 1998.
Gary McCaslin attended Oklahoma State University from 1988 to 1992, where they studied Engineering. Following this, they enrolled in the University of Cincinnati from 1993 to 1995, focusing on Accounting. In terms of additional certifications, Gary obtained the MOST Certification from Accenture/ H.B. Maynard and Company Inc. in July 2011. Gary also became an OSHA Safety Instructor for Warehousing/Construction through the US Department of Labor in March 2008. In July 2006, Gary achieved Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Leviton Manufacturing Company, inc. Lastly, they obtained ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification from Leviton Manufacturing - Corporate Quality Assurance in September 1999.
