Sierra Anderson is an experienced program manager with a strong background in youth development and educational programming. From March 2022 to July 2024, Sierra served as Program Manager and In-House Program Coordinator at PEARLS for Teen Girls. Prior to this role, Sierra worked at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee as School Age Director from November 2021 to March 2022. Sierra's commitment to community service began at City Year Milwaukee, where responsibilities included Impact Manager and Team Leader from July 2019 to November 2021, as well as serving as an Americorps Member from August 2018 to May 2019. Sierra holds an Associate of Arts degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College, obtained between 2018 and 2019.
