Stephen Quazzo is the Co-Founder and CEO of PEARLMARK, where oversight is provided for a 20-person investment and asset management team since 1996. Prior to this, Stephen served as President of Equity Institutional Investors, Inc. at Equity Group Investments from 1991 to 1996, focusing on equity capital raising and portfolio management related to real estate investments. Stephen's career began at Goldman Sachs, where a Vice President role was held in the Real Estate Department of the Investment Banking Division from 1986 to 1991. Stephen earned an MBA from Harvard Business School between 1984 and 1986 and received an A.B. in Government, graduating Cum Laude from Harvard University from 1978 to 1982.
