Susan Sandlund is a Managing Director and Practice Leader at Pearl Meyer, with extensive experience in managing large scale strategic change in complex global businesses. Susan also works as an executive coach and specializes in leadership succession planning, organization design, and culture change. Susan has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University and has taught at Columbia University as an Adjunct Full Professor.
