Jill Jones has extensive experience in sales and team leadership, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Pearl Carroll & Associates since March 2008, where Jill consistently achieves and exceeds sales objectives while demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills. Additionally, as a Sales Supervisor at Pearl Insurance, Jill has focused on building and motivating a sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Prior to these roles, Jill worked as a Life Agent at New York Life Insurance Company from February 2006 to January 2008, where Jill identified leads and developed client relationships to promote life insurance products. Jill holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from St. Rose and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from SUNY Empire State College.
