Vikrant Mathur currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Pearce Services, having taken on the role in May 2023. Before this position, Vikrant was the Head of Human Resources for Bose Corporation in India from August 2015 to July 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager - HRD at NDTV, where Vikrant acted as an HR Business Partner to the CEO for the E-Commerce segment, and as Deputy Manager - HR at Delphi, overseeing various HR functions for manufacturing and sales divisions. Early in the career, Vikrant held HR roles at 92.7 BIGFM, Info Edge India Ltd, and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in HR from the All India Management Association, a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society for Training & Development, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
