Paul Casini has a work history that spans several years and includes various engineering and technician roles. Paul started their career in 2014 as a Computer Hardware and Production Technician at Event Capture Systems, Inc, where they researched and developed syncing techniques for lights and cameras, improved productivity for imaging HDD, built servers and enclosures, and updated job flow processes. In 2016, they joined UC Synergetic as a CAD Technician, designing fiber layouts and training new hires on design-related standards. From 2017 to 2020, Paul worked at Byers Engineering Company as a Design Engineer, responsible for designing fiber layouts for major telecommunication companies and resolving field problems. Most recently, in 2021, they worked as a Quality Control Engineer at Amdocs, ensuring the quality of engineering processes. Currently, they are employed as a Quality Engineer at Pearce Services.

Paul Casini attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
