Bret Forster is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Bret serves as an Executive Board Member at Pearce Services, where a focus on strategy and innovation is prioritized. As Co-Chief Executive Officer, Bret oversaw the successful buyout of Pearce Services by Willcrest Partners in 2014, positioning the company as a leading independent service provider for critical infrastructure. Additionally, Bret holds the position of Chairman at PRECISION AEROSPACE LLC, following its buyout by Willcrest Partners in 2019. As a Partner at Willcrest Partners since 2012, Bret has been involved in private equity investments. Previous experience includes roles as Board Member at Tax Credit Co., CEO of FetchForce, Vice President at Serent Capital, Associate at Industrial Growth Partners, Operations Manager at ServiceSource, and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Co.
