Kathleen Estreich is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and tech sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Pear VC and as Managing Partner and Cofounder at MKT1. With previous roles including Co-Founder and Marketing Advisor, as well as involvement in Angel Track at First Round Capital, Kathleen has demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing and operations. Prior to these positions, Kathleen was VP of Marketing & Operations at Scalyr, which was acquired by SentinelOne, and Director, Chief of Staff at Intercom. Kathleen holds a BA in Political Science and History from Brown University, earned in 2007.
