Jess Mabis is currently serving as the Chief of Staff & Grocery Girl at Pear Commerce, a retail ecommerce platform connecting CPGs to retailers. Prior to this, Jess founded postwell, a platform bringing transparency to the 4th trimester. Jess also worked as the Managing Director at gener8tor, where Jess facilitated the growth of startups. Jess has experience as a Director of Development at La Soupe, supporting food waste reduction efforts. Additionally, Jess founded Aer, a technology company catering to individuals with Cystic Fibrosis. Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies & Marketing from the University of Dayton.
