Nadia Hafsi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nadia is currently the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at PEAQOCK, a position they started in December 2022. Prior to this, Nadia held the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at PORTNET S.A. "National Single Window of Foreign Trade" from January 2017 to July 2022. During their time at PORTNET, they also served as the Communication & Change Management Manager from December 2013 to March 2018. Before joining PORTNET, Nadia worked as the Help Desk Manager at Portel Servicios Telematicos from September 2010 to November 2013. Nadia'searly work experience includes a role as the Process Support Assistant Manager at Maersk Line from April 2007 to June 2010.

Nadia Hafsi obtained their Master's degree from IAE Lille in 2006. Nadia has also obtained several certifications, including "Digital Transformation for Leaders" and "Machine Learning for Marketing: Essential Training" from LinkedIn in December 2021. In November 2021, they completed a certification in "Customer Service Leadership" from LinkedIn. In August 2021, they completed certifications in "Leading with Innovation" and "The Future of Performance Management" from LinkedIn. In July 2021, they obtained certifications in "Business Collaboration in the Modern Workplace," "Digital Transformation," "RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders," and "Strategic Agility" from LinkedIn. In June 2021, they obtained a certification in "Design Thinking: Customer Experience" from LinkedIn. Nadia also completed the "Leading at the speed of trust" certification from FranklinCovey in December 2020. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in "Digital Marketing" from Digiway Academy Casablanca. In October 2019, they completed "The 4 disciplines of execution" certification from FranklinCovey Maroc. In October 2018, they obtained the "PECB Certified ISO 31000 Foundation" certification from PECB. Lastly, in December 2017, they completed the "7 habits of highly effective people" certification from FranklinCovey.
