Hsin Chieh (Jay) Pan is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in blockchain technology and software product development. Currently serving as Blockchain Lead Developer at EoT Labs since June 2021, Pan focuses on advancing the Economy of Things through open-source projects aimed at transforming the Internet of Things. In a concurrent role as Backend/Blockchain Team Lead at peaq since January 2019, responsibilities include defining blockchain features, designing architecture, and leading team efforts to deliver a public blockchain with smart contract capabilities. Previous experience includes positions at Synology from February 2012 to December 2017, where competencies in performance tuning and feature implementation were honed in the development of mail server solutions and file protocols. Hsin Chieh (Jay) Pan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University.
