Ruthy Kirwan is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Cooking Class Instructor at Percolate Kitchen since September 2018, where Ruthy teaches adults various cooking techniques and meal planning principals. Additionally, Ruthy is a Recipe Tester for Peapod and Food52, contributing to recipe development and testing for published materials. As a freelance Recipe Editor, Ruthy collaborates with food-based companies on recipe development and technical editing. Ruthy also manages marketing for Terrapin Networks, a family-owned company, while holding the position of Class Instructor at Rustico Cooking School.
