LaChante Stewart has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. LaChante started their career in 1998 as a Process Engineer at Navistar Inc, where they implemented new part plan documents and evaluated manufacturing problems. LaChante later worked as a Shipping Clerk, where they prepared and documented outgoing shipments. In 2006, they became a Principal Material Scheduler/Expediter, negotiating with suppliers and organizing warehouse inventory.

In 2011, LaChante joined Peak Systems, Inc. as a System Administrator, where they managed desktop and laptop computers, troubleshooted network issues, and provided hardware and software support. LaChante also served as a Deployment Technician and Migration Team Project Lead.

In 2012, LaChante returned to Navistar Inc as a Manufacturing Engineer, facilitating the implementation of new technology and supporting new product introduction.

LaChante's entrepreneurial spirit led their to start their own business in 2017 and become the Owner of Everything Real Estate. LaChante assists families with real estate transactions, provides credit repair services, and deals with distressed properties.

In 2019, LaChante joined 11 Capital Finance as a Broker, where they provide funding for real estate projects such as fix and flips and rental properties.

LaChante Stewart earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. LaChante also attended Trotwood-Madison High School from 1984 to 1988. Later, in 2010, they attended TechSkills School of Technology for a System Administration program, which they completed in 2011. In addition to their formal education, LaChante obtained several certifications, including MCP and Network+ in 2010, and MCSA in 2011.
