Toby Allen is a Protein Scientist at Peak Proteins since November 2021, following a position as R&D Purification Scientist at Lonza from October 2020 to October 2021. Previously, Toby worked as a Recreation Assistant at Wellington Health and Fitness Club from September 2015 to June 2020, where responsibilities included lifeguarding, bar service, and customer assistance. Toby holds a degree in Chemistry, specializing in Protein Chemistry, from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2020, and attended Charters School from 2014 to 2016.
