Mike Taylor is an experienced property management professional with a strong background in managing diverse property portfolios. Currently serving as a Senior Multi-Site Property Manager at Peak Property Group since July 2021, Mike oversees over 60 properties, 100 units, and 200 tenants, effectively resolving both routine and complex issues involving owners, vendors, and tenants. Previously, Mike worked as a Property Manager at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and as a Property Management Coordinator at Excel Development, where Mike provided mental health housing for 375 tenants in Hamilton County. Additional experience includes roles at the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority and FreestoreFoodbank. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University and an Associate of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Cincinnati State Technical & Community College.
