Iulia Porneala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as an Organizer for the Tech Leadership Summit and the Product Management Festival, and as Product Strategy & Business Development at Peak Product, Iulia also holds the position of Product Leadership Programme Manager at INSEAD Executive Education. Previous roles include Product Advisor for MyGenie and Head of Product Management at the Product Management Festival and CyberGhost S.R.L., where Iulia was responsible for defining product strategies, managing stakeholder communications, and developing business models. Iulia's educational background includes certificates in Fintech from the University of California, Berkeley, and in Machine Learning from Duke University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
